Uniting Individuals & Organizations Through Education and Enablement to Build Self-Sustaining Communities
We are non-profit organization CONNECT experts in Athletics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (ASTEAM) with local change agents in Haiti and other under-served places. Exposing these coaches, teachers, instructors, mentors and children to these experts will spark innovative thoughts and ideas so they can ELEVATE themselves! Our mission is to connect global experts with local Heroes in their ASTEAM fields for exchange of knowledge to provide catalyst for the local communities to enrich themselves and future generations to compete on the global stage. We believe that each child has the potential to succeed if the opportunity is given to them.
We recognize that, in order to make a lasting improvement in the lives of those in need, we must involve Haitians in every phase of planning and implementation. We are determined to work with established organizations and individuals already guiding the children in their community and provide them an additional boost needed to develop children through knowledge transfers, sports activities and Artistic exploration.
- The Connect and Elevate program is designed to team with, support and grow Haitian communities through local leadership and partnership. We term these individuals doing the thankless work, Heroes. It is through the intimate participation of local clergy, teachers, medical personnel and engineers that we can best help Haitian families.
- We conduct annual clinics, camps, workshops and seminars in ASTEAM in all regions of Haiti. The clinics are designed to provide a solid foundations for the coaches on the principals of developing athletes in their events. Similar principals are applied to the STEM camps and Art workshops.
We are dedicated to uplifting the children of Haiti through education and enablement of the local instructors in the ASTEAM fields. We work local organizations to provide training and education to the local instructors and the children with hands on clinics and camps to put into practice the knowledge transferred from our experts. We believe that each child will succeed if the opportunity is provided to them. - We provide a range of services, instruction, and training for Haitian youth and local instructors. We engage the youth through sports activities including track and field, soccer, coding, art and sports medicine training to name a few.We focus on ASTEAM to provide it as a means to enhance the quality of life for the children of Haiti. We do this by establishing developmental programs and recreational activities in structure and entertaining environment for the children.
- We are actively seeking partnerships with individuals and organizations that are making a long term commitment to Haiti in one or more of the following areas: STEM education and training; Art expression development; Athletic development and health services.

Active Bodies, Active Minds!
Athletic development clinics are designed to provide a solid foundation for coaches on the principals of developing athletes in their sports and disciplines. Provide the athletes an opportunity to get sport specific technical hands-on training from elite level coaches and professional athletes.
Spark Innovation!
With Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM) workshops our goal is to spark interests in these subjects early in life so that they will consider them as career options by exploring STEM in fun ways with the younger participants. For the older participants we provide education through mentorships, technical studies and hands-workshops.
